Working Together

I don't tend to wear bras that often as I don't always need to. I also find them uncomfortable. Only when I really need to do I wear them.

When I put on my bra this morning I felt pain around my chest and shoulder. I believe the bra was only acting out my expectation i.e. bras are uncomfortable.

When something feels uncomfortable, it's as if it's working against me. I know in my heart of hearts that this is not true as my bra is my friend whose purpose is to give me love and support.

"Come on, bra," I said, "let's work together."

The moment I had the thought, I felt comfortable.

The universe is my ally. This means every single part of the universe is constantly working with me in oneness.
