I'm Feeling Good - Part 2

In a previous piece called When All is Said and Done, It's All Been Said and Done, I said that I believe I've already experienced all time and all realities. Another way to put it is that I have already experienced all the good feelings there are in every moment. When I first experienced myself as the Light of my True Self, I felt Him as the sum total of all good feelings: love, bliss, joy, peace, happiness, freedom magnified a zillion times.

I believe every moment, I can choose whether to experience all the good feelings of my True Self that have always existed and will always exist that give rise to the equivalent experiences ; or I can choose to express feelings that are not of my True Self and have the equivalent dream experiences.

For instance yesterday before I did the household chores, I focused on the good feelings to help me with the chores. I was even whistling a theme tune I really love. Somehow I must have disconnected from those good feelings because by the time I'd finished Hoovering the carpet, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, I was feeling like shit, leading to a stomach upset, then I really had to do number twos.

Later as I was lying on the sofa feeling sorry for myself, my mother said, "You're not feeling good then?"

"Not so good," I moaned.

As I relaxed I reminded myself of who I am - the sum total of all good feelings in every moment.

I am feeling Good.

Within a few moments I was back to feeling good. Then I had a wash, ate some food, watched some feel good stuff on television, and had a fun day hanging out with my mother.

Life is quite simple really. I am either being the sum total of all good feelings or the sum total of all not so good feelings. According to my feelings so are my experiences.

I am feeling good now and forever.
